Description



The Manufacturing & Automotive Cluster Meeting brings together local employers, educators, workforce partners, and industry leaders to discuss the current and future workforce needs of the manufacturing and automotive industries. These meetings provide an opportunity to share updates, identify workforce challenges, discuss recruitment and retention strategies, and explore training and career opportunities available throughout the region.

Participants will have the opportunity to collaborate on solutions to industry workforce needs, connect businesses with education and workforce resources, and discuss ways to better prepare students, job seekers, and current employees for in-demand careers. The goal of the meeting is to strengthen partnerships, support employers, and continue building a skilled workforce that meets the needs of the manufacturing and automotive industries in our region.
