This Lunch and Learn is an opportunity for Black Belt region employers and community partners to learn more about the Alabama Career Essentials (ACE) program. The session will cover how ACE equips individuals with foundational workplace skills, how businesses can benefit from ACE-trained candidates, and ways to get involved in supporting local talent development. Lunch will be provided, along with time for networking and Q&A.
