Heather Falls, Business Growth Strategist, Fractional CMO, Digital Marketing Expert, Podcast Host, and Founder of GROW & Flourish Co, helps women turn their passion and purpose into impact. In this talk, she shares how your story can inspire and empower others right where you are.

With nearly two decades of experience in strategy, sales, and marketing, Heather has guided hundreds of women toward more freedom, focus, and fulfillment in both business and life. A mom, mentor, and advocate for collaboration over competition, Heather believes that when women rise, communities flourish. Through her coaching, workshops, and annual GROW & Flourish Business Summit, she creates spaces where women can connect, gain clarity, and take action on their biggest goals, one intentional step at a time.


About the Women's Leadership Alliance

Civic-minded women in West Alabama can enhance their leadership skills, contribute to the community, and fulfill their personal and professional potential through the Women's Leadership Alliance. The group holds lunch-and-learn events quarterly, along with an annual celebration luncheon.
