Learning objective: This presentation aims to give individuals a deeper understanding of the Self-Care Standards. This training will help individuals recognize warning signs within their organization, amongst peers, in their personal lives, and will teach practitioners how to incorporate meaningful SMART goals to minimize personal/work-related stress.
