Join us for a Halloween-inspired wellness experience that’s all treats, no tricks! Our Hallo-Wellness event brings together movement, mindfulness, and a little mischief featuring a rejuvenating Pilates class, curated local wellness vendors, and a costume contest with prizes for the most creative looks. 

Whether you come to sweat, shop, or show off your spooky style, this is your chance to celebrate wellness in a fun, festive way with the SAB community. Costumes encouraged. Good vibes required. Free to attend!
