Hospice of West Alabama’s 15th Annual Family 5K will be held April 19, 2025, on the campus of the VA Medical Center. The race will begin at 8:00 am, with registration beginning at 7:00 am in the parking lot at Hospice of West Alabama. Registration is available at runsignup.com/howa5k through April 16, and the first 150 people that register will receive a free t-shirt. The entry fee is $20 prior to race day (ends 4/16/2025) and will be $25 the day of the event. There will be something for everyone. Enjoy shopping with local vendors, live music, an Easter egg hunt, and other children’s activities. Also, participants will be eligible to win awards and will be entered into a drawing for door prizes. So, grab your PEEPS and make plans to join us for a morning of exercise, fun, and remembrance. All are invited to share in this special day and we hope you will join us in making this year’s HOWA 5K the biggest and best ever!
