Course Overview: Building a Leadership Foundation (LS-I) is a comprehensive two-day program that focuses on essential leadership principles. Participants will explore key topics such as leading people, effective communication, fostering teamwork, and navigating leadership across multiple generations. This course provides a strong foundation for developing impactful leadership skills.
Recommendation: For an optimal learning experience, it is recommended to follow the sequence of courses beginning with Building a Leadership Foundation. This foundational program establishes the essential principles of leadership. Next, Leading Through Others (LS-II) builds on this foundation by enhancing interpersonal and team management skills. Finally, Leading Oneself (LS-III) focuses on personal effectiveness, self-leadership, and informed decision-making, providing a well-rounded culmination to the leadership development journey.

Building a Leadership Foundation (LS-I) is a two-day program, and full attendance on both days is required.
The class will commence at 8:00 AM, with access to the meeting space available starting at 7:15 AM.
