This celebration will be an inspiring and empowering event, featuring keynote speaker, Tracy Croom. Tracy has been employed at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since 2016 and is currently acting as the Director of Financial Management. Before joining the Federal Reserve, Tracy retired after nearly 30 years of service with the City of Tuscaloosa. Additionally, in 2022, she founded Grab Our Wealth, LLC, aiming to empower clients in areas such as health, mental well-being, professional success, and financial sustainability.

Civic-minded women in West Alabama can enhance their leadership skills, contribute to the community, and fulfill their personal and professional potential through the Women's Leadership Alliance. The group holds lunch-and-learn events quarterly.
