‼️URGENTLY HIRING‼️ Harris Lawn & Ground Maintenance is in need of a dedicated Tree Surgeon/ Bucket Truck Operator. 

***** As part of our competitive compensation package, new hires in this role are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus upon successful completion of their probationary period. 

This $500 sign-on bonus is contingent upon successful completion of your 3 month probationary period, which will be paid out over your 3 month period. A potential pay increase after a 3 month evaluation is also included in this package.

REQUIREMENTS:

•Must have experience in operating bucket lift for topping ,removing, and trimming fallen or dangerous trees.

•Must know how to rope tree limbs from overhanging powerlines,rooftops, etc, in a safe manner 

•Must have professionalism in customer relations of how to inform customers of what the process consists of to perform the job. 

•Must have some  knowledge of how to sharpen and maintain chains of all saws and equipment 

•Must work on weekends and sometimes rainy weather due to demand of storm work. 

$20- 23 hr depending on Experience.
