Alabama Coatings & Painting is looking for a hard-working, motivated person to help us grow our business.

This is an active, hands-on role for someone who is comfortable getting out, meeting people, walking into businesses, making phone calls, following up, and building relationships.

We will provide direction, prospect lists, training, and support. We need someone who will take initiative, put in the work, and follow through.

What You’ll Do

• Visit local businesses, plants, schools, property managers, and facilities
• Make calls and introduce our company to potential customers
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers
• Work through prospect lists and find new opportunities
• Attend networking events and build relationships
• Help with our monthly newsletter and other marketing efforts
• Keep track of contacts and follow-ups

Painting or construction experience is a big plus because understanding the work makes it easier to understand what we sell. Sales or marketing experience is also a plus, but none of these are required.

We care more about finding someone with a strong work ethic, good character, and the motivation to learn and prove themselves.

Pay & Opportunity

Starting at $18/hour + commission/bonuses, depending on the person and experience. This position can be part-time or full-time.
