Executive Vice President/Chief Executive Officer

The Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS® (TAR) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Vice President / Chief Executive Officer (EVP/CEO) to lead our organization into its next chapter of growth and innovation.

Based in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, this full-time, on-site position is ideal for a forward-thinking professional who excels in strategic leadership, operational management, and member engagement.

As the EVP/CEO, you will: - Oversee all day-to-day operations, financial management, and staff leadership
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors to implement strategic initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®
- Champion professional development, advocacy, and community impact

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, management, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in an executive or senior management role within a REALTOR® association, trade organization, or real estate brokerage
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and adapt to changing industry trends

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary starting at $80,000 annually, plus health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement benefits, paid time off, and travel opportunities to state and national REALTOR® events.
