RiverFall Credit Union, located in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, is currently in search of a full-time Trainer/Culture Leader. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of the credit union’s training programs. This role involves identifying training needs, designing programs that align with the organization's strategic goals, and clearly communicating these goals to employees. As the culture leader, you will be responsible for fostering a positive, inclusive work environment, promoting credit union values, and ensuring that these values are integrated into all training initiatives. You will play a crucial role in shaping and sustaining the organization’s culture and driving employee engagement and satisfaction. You’ll also enjoy the opportunity to participate in activities that support our community.

This is a full-time position with benefits. The salary range for this position is $20 - $26 per hour. Remote work is not available for this position.

• Proven experience in training and development
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and strategically prioritize
• Knowledge of instructional technologies and trends
• Strong presentation and public speaking skills
• Previous experience at a financial institution preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, communications, or education preferred
