FutureFocus: West Alabama Education and Workforce Conference, is a premier event fusing education and workforce for success, bringing together leaders and experts from both sectors to discuss the latest trends, innovations, and challenges in our field.

This event combines the Chamber’s Education Summit with West AlabamaWorks' Talent Conference, exploring the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities in education and workforce development across West Alabama. 

This year’s event also serves as a milestone for our Education Excellence Commissions, which have been meeting for nearly a year. At Future Focus, we will publicly release the report that reflects months of thoughtful work and broad community input. With contributions from PARCA, public opinion surveys, school leaders, business leaders, and parents, the report highlights both areas where we can strengthen educational outcomes and challenges that will require sustained attention moving forward.
